Since its release during Eid-ul-Fitr, Borbaad, starring Shakib Khan, has taken the box office by storm. With back-to-back houseful shows and overwhelming audience response, the film has become a major theatrical success. From his appearance and dialogue delivery to powerful action sequences, Shakib Khan once again proves why he is hailed as the King of Dhallywood.

According to the production company, Real Energy Production, the film has grossed an impressive BDT 50.82 crore within just 20 days of release—solely from ticket sales. They are confident that, if this momentum continues, Borbaad will soon cross the BDT 100 crore mark.

The producers also emphasized that this revenue comes only from domestic box office collections. Earnings from OTT platforms and international markets are yet to be accounted for. The film is already enjoying sold-out shows in the United States and is scheduled for release in several countries across Europe and the Middle East. The production team is optimistic about substantial returns from these global markets.

Directed by Mehedi Hasan Hridoy, Borbaad features Idhika Paul opposite Shakib Khan. The ensemble cast includes Misha Sawdagor, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Jisshu Sengupta, and Shyam Bhattacharya. The film also features a special item number performed by Indian actress Nusrat Jahan.
