Tatiana Calmell, Miss Universe Americas and Miss Peru 2024, has arrived in Bangladesh for a four-day visit from May 7 to May 10, 2025. The visit has been organized by Mustafa Rafiqul Islam Duke, Managing Director of Flora Telecom Ltd. and National Director of Miss Universe Bangladesh.

The purpose of her visit is to showcase Bangladesh’s rich culture, heritage, and tourism potential on the global stage while strengthening international ties. As part of her trip, Tatiana will participate in a series of cultural and media events. The tour officially began with a press conference held today at the Padma Hall of the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka.

Two major announcements were made at the event — the official launch of the Miss Universe Bangladesh 2025 pageant scheduled for July, and the unveiling of the new “Miss Universe Skincare” product line.

During the press conference, Tatiana engaged with journalists, shared her personal journey, and highlighted the global and cultural significance of the Miss Universe platform. She expressed her excitement and said,

“I am truly honored to be here in Bangladesh. This is a land of immense beauty, rich heritage, and warm-hearted people. I look forward to meeting everyone, sharing my story, and learning more about this incredible country. I hope my visit will inspire others to explore it as well.”

Tatiana is also scheduled to visit historic and tourist sites across Bangladesh, aiming to promote the nation’s stories of hospitality and tradition to the world.

Mustafa Rafiqul Islam Duke stated,

“Miss Universe is more than just a beauty pageant. It is a global platform that celebrates intelligence, confidence, and purpose. We are proud to welcome Tatiana Calmell to Bangladesh. Her visit will inspire young women and open new avenues for showcasing Bangladesh’s talent, strength, and identity on the world stage.”

The event also marked the launch of the Miss Universe Skincare line — a series of high-performance beauty products formulated to boost both appearance and confidence. The line features the specially developed EMU7C+ Complex, combining age-defying ingredients from all seven continents with a unique drone delivery system for enhanced effectiveness and glow.

Olivia Quido-Co, CEO and founder of O Skin Med Spa and Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare, shared,

“Inspired by the Miss Universe mission of being a ‘Force for Good,’ our goal is to offer expert-developed, customized skincare solutions that help restore confidence by addressing the root causes of skin challenges. Miss Universe Skincare helps your skin glow naturally, making you feel your most radiant and empowered self.”

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Olivia Quido-Co is internationally renowned for her efforts in helping individuals feel confident and beautiful. Her partnership with the Miss Universe brand ensures global credibility and trust.

Tatiana Calmell’s visit to Bangladesh is more than a ceremonial tour — it is a powerful moment that celebrates the nation’s cultural richness and women’s empowerment, while building bridges with the global community.
